We have been tap dancing for as long as we can remember. Our inspiration comes from the master hoofers and tap dancers of past and present, contemporary dance and inventive theatre. Combining tap dance with different music styles we continue to develop our own unique, playful and uplifting tap dance and storytelling, blending nostalgia and contemporary with humour and panache.
Since 2010 we have been creating and performing work with the support of Arts Council England, The Point, Oxford Dance Forum, Pegasus Theatre, XTRAX, Dancin’ Oxford and Swindon Dance. At every stage we are excited to work across a range of disciplines with tap at the route, exploring innovation and creativity through new and old forms of dance and theatre, and a variety of collaborators.
Over the past three years we have been focusing and specialising in outdoor work performing at a range of events and festivals throughout the UK including; Greenwich and Docklands International Festival, Woking Dance Festival, Just SO Festival, Cardiff Dance Days, Somersault Festival, Wilderness Festival, Bristol Harbour Festival, Dancin’ Oxford and Secret Garden among others.
